Free Fitness Classes
BSFHC offers a variety of free group-based community fitness classes for all ages (adolescents to elders) and abilities.

BSFHC offers a variety of free group-based community fitness classes for all ages (adolescents to elders) and abilities. This is free, drop-in fitness program is open to anyone from the community, you do not need to be a BSFHC patient in order to participate. There is no class registration, simply show up, and shape up by participating in our free low impact aerobics, strength training and conditioning classes.

Each class is designed to help participants get fit together by get your heart rate up and keep you moving. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun! Participation in any class is on a space available, "first come, first served" basis. Classes often include brief presentations or demonstrations by a specialty care provider, health educator, or community partner, to help participants access a wide array of services to achieve their own goals for health and happiness.

Classes are held in the BSFHC Community Room, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7 pm, as well as from 12-1 pm on Monday.
