Do you want to prevent or manage Type 2 Diabetes? BSFHC offers the National Diabetes Prevention Program, designed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This program provides counseling for healthy eating and exercise, peer support, healthy recipes, and incentives to achieve diabetes prevention goals as well. People with a history of pre-diabetes or gestational diabetes are qualified to participate. Contact us today for information and enrollment.
