We Are now transitioning to virtual visits, you can meet your doctor online. With Bedford Stuyvesant FHC Telehealth providers, it's easy to stay in control of your healthcare.

Requirements: Your computer must have a working camera and microphone attached. Use the chat box in case if you do not have a microphone.

1. Please follow these steps to visit your doctor online. For any assistance, please call 718-636-4500.
2. Sign in to Healow Patient Portal 15 minutes before the appointment or use link you received in your Appointment Confirmation Email
3. Click on the Join Televisit.
4. Fill in the patient’s vital signs as carefully as possible (Some fields do NOT require to be filled in order to continue Next Step). After you submit your vital signs, you will be considered checked in.
5. You will be asked to Accept Telemedicine Consent Form in the next step.
6. If notified, wait for your computer to complete Compatibility Check process after which, you will be able to clicks the Proceed button.
7. When you are ready to start your appointment, Click Start Televisit.
8. A “virtual waiting room” window appears until your provider connects with you which may take a few minutes.
9. Once your provider joins, your appointment will begin.
10. Click the Red Phone Icon at the bottom of your screen when the appointment is complete.
